指针式时钟
首先要绘制时钟的的表盘与表盘刻度，表盘用Ellipse函数绘制，表盘的六十个刻度以及时钟的十二个小时刻度用MoveTo和LineTo来绘制。时钟的重绘用Invalidate(false)如果参数是true，擦除背景之后，再重绘，会出现刷屏。定时用SetTimer每一秒调用一次ontime中的Invalidate(false)
