效性作了检验.-This paper analyzes the use of empirical mode decomposition (Empirical Mode Decomposition, EMD) method to deal with non-stationary noise signals in the basic principles and methods of use of EMD effectively eliminates the Gaussian white noise on the transient scattering echo interference. Text in one artificial Synthesis of transient echoes as an example of the effectiveness of this method were tested.

语音遥控小车
本文以凌阳公司的SPCE061A单片机为控制核心，以语音小车控制电路板为辅，设计小车的动作。完成了电源电路、复位电路、键盘电路、音频输入电路，音频输出电路和无线控制电路等硬件功能模块的设计。在软件方面，利用C语言进行编程，进行语音的“训练”和“识别”。设计出具有如下功能的语音声控小车:能够根据录制的语音命令来控制小车的前进，后退，左转，右转的功能。测试表明，在环境背景噪音不太大，控制者的发音清晰的前提下，语音控制小车的语音识别系统能对特定的语音指令做出智能反应，做出预想中的有限的动作。
