In order to improve mixing performance, continuous mixer, mixing machine need to continually improve the rotor configuration, in order to get optimum rotor configuration. The design of the experimental device is to experiment with different rotor configuration mixing effect on the materials, and then put forward suggestions for improvement of the rotor. In order to facilitate the replacement of the rotor, rotor with composite, by spline shaft bearing a different rotor components, to achieve the rotor configuration changes, while use of split-type mixing chamber, and the transparent material can be observed that the material in mixing chamber in the whole process of mixing
