“跑得快”是流传于民间的一种常见的扑克牌游戏，52张牌分配给东、南、西、北四家，每家13张，最快出掉手中牌者胜出，所胜点数为其他家手中所剩的牌的张数。出牌组合包括：
（1） 单张，大小排列为 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11(J) 12(Q) 13(K) 1(A) 2
（2） 炸弹，4张同点为炸弹，大点压小点，可压任意组合或单张；
（3） 同花顺，同一种花色，5连张为同花顺，起张大且张数大时压其它同花顺，也可压其它任何顺；
（4） 顺，不同花色，5连张为顺，起张大时压其它顺；
（5） 三同，3张牌同点，大点压小点；
（6） 对，两张牌不同点为对。
根据上述组合，出牌时能压上家时必须压，否则违规，为简单起见，每回合开始时出牌都从北家开始，并按北、西、南、东次序出牌，某轮次最大的一家再出牌。编写程序实现洗牌发牌，并模仿四家进行游戏，最后统计赢家点数。
