LTE上行随机接入过程第一步，在PRACH上发送preamble信号，接收端接收并进行相关峰检测其延迟。该文档为条件1200km/h速度下，系统带宽20MHz，采样率30.72MHz的情况下，未考虑多普勒频移，小区半径为30km的前导检测过程。
