可实现ASCII码发送和接收的串口调试程序
已成功实现串口通讯测试，并可移植到其他的c#项目中去，该程序不是调用c sharp 控件实现的！是通过自建类文件实现的！移植起来也相当的方便，可根据自己需要增加16进制发送和接收，程序代码已注释，可根据情况修改和进行二次开发！
