STM32 开发板基于 uCosII 2.86 的 LED灯闪烁实验
上电后，LED1-3 会按照默认的 500ms 间隔，明暗闪烁，此时可以通过
串口助手 SSCOM3.2 发出指令，设置 LED1,LED2,LED3 的闪烁间隔时间。间隔范围是
1-65535ms。可以设置任意一个 LED 得闪烁间隔时间， 通过这个实验，可以学习 ucosII 的
任务建立，及任务调度， 事件同步等内容。
本例程共建立了 5 个任务，分别是主任务， 串口 COM1 通信任务，LED1 闪烁任务，LED2
闪烁任务，LED3 闪烁任务。
