实现的是语音的读入和文本输出，通过构建函数，搭建框架，利用mfc本身的框架结构和语音输入的sdk包，实现语音的读入和文本输出，其中会用到语音输入的各种相关函数，所以要下载相应的speec sdk和speech language sdk安装包，才能调试通过。
