Requires very little programming knowledge you can use PHP to build a truly interactive WEB site. This tutorial does not want you to fully understand the language, but enable you to develop dynamic web sites as soon as possible to join the ranks. I assume you have some HTML (or HTML editor) and some basic knowledge of programming ideas.
