计算某时某地太阳方位和仰角
输入当地时间，当地经纬度（转化为弧度），输出太阳高度（弧度），方向（弧度），计算太阳某个地方某个时刻太阳位置的程序。
此程序算法可以移植到嵌入式设备上，作为太阳能电池板追踪每天太阳方位和高度的算法，提高太阳能板发电效率。
