Floyd-Steinberg Dithering佛洛伊德斯坦伯格抖动算法
只有三个核心函数。
PlusTrancate，FindNearestColor和Process。
PlusTrancate尝试将一个量化误差添加到现有颜色中，并防止流过色，因为最大数为255。
FindNearestColor是最接近的颜色，您需要将调色板传递到此函数中以查找您要查找的映射。
例如
[{0，0，0}，{255，255，255}]表示黑白
[{255，0，0}，{0，255，0}，{0，0，255}]表示RGB
[{0,255,255}，{255,0,255}，{255,255,0}]表示CMY
