VC++ 编写开发的VMR视频采集与显示程序源代码，采用directshow 和vmr7 控制视频采集卡，采集并显示视频 ，VC6.0下调试通过。测试时需要安装好测试所需的摄像头、采集卡等硬件设备。本源码主要是想让学习一下VC++的视频采集技术。
