windows服务管理类
压缩包包含两个文件ServiceManager.h、ServiceManager.cpp可以直接使用
CServiceManager提供接口如下：
BOOL IsActive(); // 查下服务是否开启
BOOL StopService(SC_HANDLE hService); // 关闭服务
BOOL StartService(); // 开启服务
BOOL ReStartService(); // 重启服务
BOOL GetDependentServices(SC_HANDLE hscService, std::vector& vecServiceStatus); // 获取服务依赖服务
