VB仿彩票第六感自动随机选号器
说明，模仿《彩票第六感》，一个马马虎虎的彩票选号程序，比较小，程序应该有存在Bug。
两种实现筛选号码的方法：
1 . 生成随机数,看选中的次数最多的"个数"数字放到"选定号码里"
2 . 生成随机数,看选中的次数最少的"个数"数字放到"排除号码里"
第一步：机选若干注号码；
第二步：将机选出的号码逐注输入到筛选器中进行筛选；
第三步：筛选结束后，系统记录了选定号码，再从这些号
码中组成若干注进行投注；
关键是：怎么设置筛选器中的基数和个数两个参数！
经验值：
基数＝1520 个数＝2
您在使用时应不断总结经验，将这两个参数调整到合理！
