F2812读写E2PROM: AT25128
此程序实现用tms320f2812利用SPI模块，读写e2prom:AT25128,经测试可用，配置SPI模式，此程序素要注意的是，在读写外部存储器时，由于外设的速度限制，DSP的读写速度不能太快，否则无法完成，因此应尽可能读取外设的应答信号，或降低DSP操作时钟或加入相应延时。自己写的时候感觉这方面资料比较少，找了好久，现在成功了，把源码分享一下，希望对大家有用。
