CTP 发排卡控制程序，带简单SDRAM控制器
用于CTP的发排卡设计，前端接USB处理芯片CY7C68013A，支持32/64/96/128路激光器输出，实用两片SDRAM为数据缓存，USB的稳定传输速率可稳定在20MB以上（使用5MUSB延长线）。注：1.SDRAM不带自刷新功能，正常情况下5分钟不会丢失数据； 2.SDRAM不带系统调度功能，完全按预设定方式进行操作。
