高校就业服务管理系统开发文档 Obtain Employment Services Manage System 一、项目设计的主要内容提要高校就业问题一直是一个困扰着广大师生的问题，为了促使高校将毕业生就业服务和就业管理工作做的更好，吸引企业、服务毕业生，全面提高高校的就业率和就业质量，广泛地吸引各种形式的企业和用人单位进入校园招聘，已而为学生就业提供了一个更广阔的平台，在此之下，有必要建立一个以企业和毕业生为主体的高校就业服务管理系统。二、系统组成与系统结构系统由就业门户、双选就业以及服务管理三部分组成。系统共有3种帐号，包括企业单位帐号、毕业生帐号以及管理员帐号。3个帐号采取不同的登陆方式，提供不同的服务管理。就业门户包括：就业动态、发布就业动态。双选就业包括：学生可以职位搜索与订制，建立个人档案，发布/更新简历，获取就业咨询。企业可以建立人才储备库，人才搜索与订制，建立企业档案，发布/更新职位，获取校园咨询。就业管理：该模块主要为学校就业管理人员而设。包括：就业管理，职位管理，统计分析。（以后内容保留）
