零树编码小波图象压缩编解码程序.这是1.1版,可实现可变吗率编解码.动态显示.只能打开24真彩色位位图,如果是JPEG格式,叙用画图板打开,存为
24真彩色位位图即可.此外还有升级版本,可处理灰度图及保存解码后的位图.
下面附件为1.1版,须安装MFC才能打开.
