The first book on spread-spectrum systems is RCDixon monograph published in 1976, is an IEEE patent, published in 1977. In 1978 in Kyoto, Japan, an international wireless communications Advisory Committee published research results. 1982 in the United States held its first military communications conference, two reports in the military applications. The United States in 1985 proposed CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) the concept of the same year the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) the development of spread spectrum communication standards and norms, and gradually transferred to the commercialization of civilian research
