说明： 求出sliding window的最大最小值(n array of size n ≤ 106 is given to you. There is a sliding window of size k which is moving from the very left of the array to the very right. You can only see the k numbers in the window. Each time the sliding window moves rightwards by one position. Following is an example:
The array is [1 3-1-3 5 3 6 7], and k is 3.

一个Delphi的STL
这两年来编写程序，着实接触了不少函数代码，遇到比较有收藏价值的或者应用比较广的就收集了起来，就形成了这个大杂烩 SRTL(Super Run Time Library)。这里面有除了一些是本人编写的代码，其他全非本人版权，只是希望各位在修改或者传播的过程中，保留作者的版权说明．另外由于是免费的完全开源的，所以本人不对使用SuperRTL所造成的后果有任何责任。
下面简单介绍一下单元的内容：
Win32.pas (本人编写)
API函数的简单调用，如建立进程，建立文件映射，建立、读取管道（可以捕捉DOS程序输出）等。
StrFuncs.pas (本人编写)
字符串处理单元，完全兼容宽字节处理（即使用wideString），特有的中文字符串处理函数（如简繁转换等等），经过多次优化，大多以编表的方式进行处理（一般来说是最快的处理方式）。
BiosHelp.pas
读取Bios信息的单元，兼容各种windows系统。
Streams.pas
流（TStream）输入输出处理单元，可以用来保存读取控件属性。
ShlFile.pas
各种文件操作，包括获得系统特殊路径，获取文件图标等。
