主要改正了使用点线符号（PointLineSymbol）绘制时的死机问题，并调整了几处不正确的bitmap用法。此外增加了小工具shp2esd，用来批量转换shapefile为esd文件。
把这几个目录覆盖掉1.0版的同名目录（先下载easymap1.0），重新编译就可以使用了。
