该聊天程序包括服务器和客户端两部分，使用是MFC的CSOCKET类。
它可以使多个人聊天，其工作方式类似于网上聊天室,可以在同一台机器上启动
多个客户端。
客户端可以选择谈话对象，有32种动作，可以设置字体颜色，也可以"悄悄"地对某人说，对信息进行过滤。
服务器端可以“踢“人，并可以防止用户名称的重复。
该聊天程序是我在两星期内仓促完成的，其只是大四学期的一个VC作业，里面有许多不完善和不如意的地方，
比如还可以添加类似于ICQ的图象列表，以及发送文件的功能等。
我认为理想的聊天程序应结合ICQ和网上聊天室的优点，如果是为网站开发，还应该接收和显示网站的信息。
