文件管理-上传与下载系统：该子系统主要是为满足广大.NET开发爱好者而做，在网络发达的今天，资源共享成为了主流趋势，自然而然在实际的网站开发或网络系统实现时少不了文件的上传与下载功能。 该子系统采用ASP.NET（C#）+IIS，主要分为上传页面和下载页面，通过点击上传按钮可以把本地的文件上传到服务器上，同时通过下载按钮可以把服务器上的文件下载到本地电脑。-Document Management- Upload and download system: This subsystem is mainly to meet the broad masses.
