基于MFC的雷达图，用于显示激光扫描仪的扫描点。
资源描述
使用MFC的绘图功能，绘制雷达显示界面。通过SOCKET通讯接收激光扫描仪一帧256个扫描点的角度和距离信息。极坐标系和像素坐标系转换，将没个扫描点角度，距离一一对应打在雷达图显示界面上。使用双缓冲技术，去除闪烁现象。简化运算，将图像更新频率提高到10HZ，达到实时显示周边环境2维特征的效果。
