运行系统后，首先会看到登录窗体，对用户的身份进行认证。如果需要对普通用户进行管理，则使用Admin用户登录；否则建议使用Admin用户登录。如果还要创建其他用户，可以在用户管理模块中创建和管理。
系统开始运行时，要先维护基础信息，基础信息是系统正常运行的前提，基础信息包括驾驶员信息、车场信息、车辆信息。
完善了基础信息后，在系统日常运行中可以根据实际使用情况进行车辆预约、车辆派遣等操作。
