VC++图像平滑处理+程序源码，实现图象的平滑（去噪声），锐化功能，测试时请在C盘下放一个测试用的Bmp图片，路径：C: est.bmp，没有的话没法测试。如上图所示是水平平滑处理，可以对比下，不过感觉颜色失真了，有兴趣的看一下。命令行编译过程如下：

RTU调试工具
电力规约CDT rtu 模拟仿真可以发遥测邀信等量可以进行测试数据接受等功能
RTU与主站配合可以实现三遥功能，即：遥测、遥信、遥控。
主要功能
(1)采集状态量并向远方发送，带有光电隔离，遥信变位优先传送；
(2)采集数据量并向远方发送，带有光电隔离；
(3)直接采集系统工频电量，实现对电压、电流、有功、无功的测量并向远方发送 ，可计算正反向电度；
(4)采集脉冲电度量并向远方发送，带有光电隔离；
(5)接收并执行遥控及返校；
(6)选配及多规约同时运行，如DL451-91 CDT规约，同进应支持POLLING规约和其他国际标准规约（如DNP3.0、SC1801、101规约）；
(7)可通过电信网和电力系统通道进行远方设置。
