应用背景主要功能有：通过CCS开发环境的熟悉，了解直流电机与步进电机驱动的原理。了解PWM对直流电机的驱动原理，通过IO总线锁存产生的脉冲的频率与相位的顺序控制速度与方向。关键技术程序运行后，经过DSP与异步串口初始化后，5416开始等待命令。接收并处理电机设置命令、直流电机运行、直流电机反向，直流电机停止、步进电机运行、步进电机停止及系统复位命令。通过这些命令可以完成对直流电机与步进电机的各项操作。
