这是别人写的一个Filter，负责MPEG-2 Video的解码。微软的DirectX提供MPEG-1的Splitter、Audio/Video Decoder，MPEG-2的Splitter，但是就是没有MPEG-2 Video Decoder。作者写了这个Filter来弥补这个空白。欢迎大家下载这个Filter使用。-This is written by someone else a Filter, responsible for the MPEG-2 Video decoder.
