一个FFT改进版程序，使用kaiser窗；可以方便地打出信号的频谱包络，以及算出SNR/SINAD/THD/SFDR等各种数值。工程上使用非常便利(FFT with Kaiser Wndw, easily plot out the Frequent spetrum and the SNR/SINAD/THD/SFDR performance values)
