opencv+SURF运动目标检测
本代码是基于opencv+surf的运动目标检测，首先根据视频帧用鼠标圈出需要跟踪的物体，程序就会自动跟踪并用矩形框框出所跟踪物体，本代码是在opencv2.4.9版本下编写的，本代码的唯一缺点就是实时性有待于提高，希望有相关研究这一方面的可以进行改进！
