本项目是基于Cortex-M3 的地沟油快速检测装置，旨在实现“地沟油”快速，现场检测。MCU控制可编程的直接数字频率合成器（DDS）产生正弦激励信号，经过可变增益放大器（VGA）和低通滤波器（LPF）作用于食用油阻抗传感器（实验室制作）信号经过仪器放大器送入微控制器（MCU）的模数转化（ADC）通道，MCU对采集的信号通过快速傅里叶变换（DFT）处理，实现食用油阻抗与相角的检测；USB和以太网接口，可与计算机通讯，以便对采集的数据进行存储和分析。(The project is based on the Cortex-M3 waste oil rapid detection device designed to achieve " waste oil" rapid, on-site testing. MCU control programmable direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDS) generates sinusoidal excitation signal through a variable gain amplifier (VGA) and a low-pass filter (LPF) acting on the oil-impedance sensor (lab produced) to send signals through the instrumentation amplifier into the microcontroller (MCU) modulo conversion (ADC) channels, MCU signal acquisition via Fast Fourier Transform (DFT) processing, oil resistance and phase angle detection USB and Ethernet interfaces, and computer communication, in order to collect data for storage and analysis.)

步进电机28BYJ48型四相八拍电机，电压为DC5V—DC12V。当对步进电机施加一系列连续不断的控制脉冲时，它可以连续不断地转动。每一个脉冲信号对应步进电机的某一相或两相绕组的通电状态改变一次，也就对应转子转过一定的角度（一个步距角）。当通电状态的改变完成一个循环时，转子转过一个齿距。四相步进电机可以在不同的通电方式下运行，常见的通电方式有单（单相绕组通电）四拍（A-B-C-D-A。。。），双（双相绕组通电）四拍（AB-BC-CD-DA-AB-。。。），八拍（A-AB-B-BC-C-CD-D-DA-A。。。）(Stepping Motor 28BYJ48 four-phase eight-phase motor, the voltage DC5V-DC12V. When a series of continuous control pulses are applied to the stepper motor, it can be continuously rotated. Each pulse signal corresponds to the stepper motor of a phase or two-phase winding power state change once, also corresponds to the rotor through a certain angle (a step angle). When the change in the power-on state completes one cycle, the rotor turns one pitch. Four-phase stepper motors can be operated in different power-up modes. 针对多电机同步控制中传统环形耦合 PID 控制存在抗扰动性不强扰动下同步误差较大等问题，提出了一种带前馈控制的滑模变结构多电机相邻耦合控制策略，建立了3 台永磁同步电动机同步控制仿真模型，通过 Lyapunov 稳定性理论证明了滑模控制算法的稳定性，并进行了交变负载突变负载实验仿真分析和实验结果表明，该控制策略相比传统环形耦合 PID 控制相邻耦合 PID 控制具有更高的同步精度和更好的抗扰动性能(Abstract: Aiming at the problem of poor anti-disturbance capability and big synchronization error under disturbance of traditional ring-couple PID control method in multi-axis synchronization control，a sliding mode variable structure with feed-forward control for relative coupling control strategy is proposed． Three Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor ( PMSM) for synchronized control simulation modl is set up． The stability of the proposed control algorithm is proved according to Lyapunov stability theory． The control strategy is tested by alternating load，and mutant load experiment． Simulation analysis and experimental results show that the presented control strategy has higher synchronization accuracy and better anti-disturbance capability in camparison with the traditional ring-couple PID control and relative-couple PID control．)
