代码说明：

用于产生线性调频信号，进行时域波形和频域频谱分析，并进行时域和频域脉冲压缩；基产生点目标回波数据，添加噪声，对点目标回波数据进行脉冲压缩。(It is used to generate linear frequency modulation signals, analyze the time domain and frequency domain, and carry out the time domain and frequency domain pulse compression. The base generated point target echo data, adding noise and pulse compression to the point target echo data.)
