将openCV移植到DSP上
这是一个可以将OPENcv移植到DSP上的库函数包括CV库等等，比如可以将这个库运用到CCS5.1上，自动生成库LIB也就是EMCV库，这样就可以直接在DSP上直接使用OPENCV函数了，非常方便使用~当然这个库要自己在CCS平台上进行编译
