定时器的设置
程序启动以后，首先自己按键输入起始时间，之后按任意键开始时钟开始工作。当想调整时间的时候，首先按下任意键进入中断，此时时钟停止工作。然后按照时、分、秒的顺序从高位到低位依次设定新的时间值。
