opencv均值迭代阈值法
是在Mac OS X EI Capitan系统上，运行平台是Clion，用OpenCV2.4.11版本，cmake编译，这是一个图像处理中均值迭代阈值法对图像进行区域分割的实现，基本的步骤为：
1）选择一个初始化阈值T，通常取灰度值的平均值；
2）使用阈值T将图像的像素分为两部分：G1包含的灰度大于T，G2包含的灰度小于T；
3）计算G1中所有像素的均值u1以及G2中所有像素的均值u2；
4）更新T＝（u1+u2）／2；
5）重复步骤2）～4），直到相邻两次计算的结果小于一个预先确定的值Threshold；
6）用这个Threshold阈值作为最后的阈值进行分割
