基站定位
应用背景嵌入式开发应用中，可以进行基站定位，实现室内外比较准确的定位，可以通过串口收发AT指令，以短信的形式返回位置信息，实现和上位机的通讯。关键技术本程序的主要功能是:
一、发送短信读取基站定位信息
发送dw,则会收到"430D","03FD"类似的基站定位信息
二通过AT指令进行调试
