职工工资信息管理系统
管理员通过该程序可实现以下功能：
(1)工资信息录入功能，职工工资信息包含编号、姓名、银行卡号、发工资月份、应发工资、水电费、税金、实发工资、备注等信息；工资信息均保存在文件中。
(2)工资信息浏览功能，能够按照工资卡号，姓名分类浏览。
(3)工资信息查询功能，可按卡号，姓名查询。
(4)工资信息修改功能，插入、删除、更新文件。
(5)数据统计功能，能够按照月份累计统计某职工在某时间段发工资总金额。
(6)排序功能，排序后按照工资卡号升序或实发工资降序输出。
