从资源管理器显示PNG图片
可以加载PNG图片的PictureBox控件，
这个代码是一个PNG显示的类文件，可以从资源文件中加载PNG图片（资源文件需要为自定义资源），
也可以指定文件路径加载PNG图片。可以加载到PictureBox控件,也可以作为窗体背景显示，
可以设置是否使用alpha透明显示以及是否使用透明色，可以指定显示坐标位置。
也可以重叠显示，速度还是蛮快的。感兴趣的朋友大家可以测试一下。

直线：点鼠标左键确定起始点，移动鼠标点左键确定终点。
圆弧：用鼠标左键依次点四点确定圆弧。
贝赛尔曲线：用鼠标左键依次点四点确定贝赛尔曲线。
矩形：点左键确定起始点，拖动鼠标再点左键确定对角点。
圆角矩形：点左键确定起始点，拖动鼠标再点左键确定对角点。
椭圆：点左键确定起始点，拖动鼠标再点左键确定对角点，便作出了与该矩形相切的椭圆。
