avr的UART库
可以使用此库，来传输和接收数据通过内置的 UART。

* UART 已完成传输时，便会产生中断或
* 接收一个字节。中断处理例程使用循环缓冲区
* 为缓冲接收和传输的数据。

* UART_RX_BUFFER_SIZE 和 UART_TX_BUFFER_SIZE 的常量定义
* 以字节为单位的环形缓冲区的大小。请注意这些常量必须是 2 的幂。
* 您可能需要通过添加适应此常量到你们的目标，您的应用程序
