3、使用Socket发起TCP链接请求分配其客户线程，接收匹配好的日志文件，并将其压入到日志队列中
4、通过分配的存储线程，建立数据访问对象，将队列里弹出的匹配记录，放到oracle中，根据需求可以整合成日表、月表、年表以便计费
