opencv实现视频目标跟踪
用opencv实现目标跟踪，可以捕捉视频中的运动目标并实现定位
Step 1
在影像框一个区块R，并得到R中的Hue Histogram，以H表示之。
Step 2
根据序列影像每个Frame的每个Pixel的颜色值去找存在于H这个Histogram中所佔的比例，此步骤为Back Projection，得到灰阶影像B。
Step 3
对影像B做Mean Shift。找出整张B的重心位置( Xmc, Ym )，然后将原本的方形区域R的中心点 ( Xc, Yc ) 移至 ( Xmc, Ym )。
